Shipping policy

Holiday Return Period extended 2026:

We’ve extended our return policy until January 31, 2026. This extension applies to all orders placed between October 20 and December 31. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Original packaging is not required. For hygienic reasons, panties and boxer briefs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping cost within the Netherlands starts at €6.70. Shipping cost for other parts of EU and the UK starts at €10.00. For the rest of the world, the shipping cost is €30.00.

Free shipping for orders over €300 within EU and the UK.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery times usually take to 2-7 business days within EU and UK. We deliver from Amsterdam, the Netherlands and all items have already passed EU customs.
